Building Homes
Building Skills
Building Community

At Sage Hands International, we empower underserved communities through essential home repairs and hands-on vocational training.

Our Story

Sage Hands International was founded in response to the urgent need for affordable home repairs and skill-building opportunities in underserved communities—especially for seniors, veterans, and youth.

Our story began with Quinton Watson, a master builder with more than 40 years of experience in construction and community development. Inspired by his mentor, Master Teacher Solomon Watley, Quinton began teaching young people construction skills while volunteering at his daughter’s homeschool. What started as simple repairs and small projects grew into a movement—where education meets service, and lives are transformed through the power of skilled hands.

Leadership Rooted in Legacy

Founder Quinton Watson has dedicated his life to building more than structures, he has built people. His mentorship journey began with his work under Master Teacher Solomon Watley and continues today through Sage Hands’ apprenticeship programs and repair initiatives.

“When we teach young people how to build with their hands, we’re also helping them shape their future.” — Quinton Watson, Founder
